EEO PUBLIC FILE REPORT

This EEO Public File Report is prepared for the reporting period commencing October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 (the “Reporting Period”) covering the station employment unit (“SEU”) which includes radio stations: (1) KXEN-AM, St. Louis, MO, licensed to BDJ Radio Enterprises, LLC, and (2) WGNU-AM, Granite City, IL, licensed to 920 AM, LLC.

No vacancies for full-time positions occurred during the Reporting Period.  Accordingly, there is no data to report with respect to full-time vacancies or recruitment sources utilized during the Reporting Period.

Although there were no full-time vacancies during the Reporting Period, the SEU contacted recruitment sources and updated its list of such sources to ensure the accuracy of its contact information when full-time vacancies occur.  The SEU engaged in the following outreach initiatives during the Reporting Period:

- established an internship program with Lindenwood University, in the Spring, 2009 which resulted in the hiring of a college student

- co-sponsored a job fair with a local minority-owned and operated magazine that was held in the City of St. Louis on August 6, 2009

- provided EEO training to management by sending the Manager of the SEU to a U.S. EEOC conducted training seminar

-established a half-hour weekly “Job Talk” radio program on KXEN which features businesses and colleges discussing job openings and job and career counseling for our listening audience.  “Job Talk” will announce job vacancies at KXEN and WGNU when they occur
